Qualifications undergraduate or master's degree 4+ years of work experience in a learning administration, coordination, or execution role, ideally in the context of a medium to large scale educational or training institution offering online and virtual programs ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization customer orientation and demonstrated experience in working in a customer facing role ability to work with and manipulate large datasets for smooth operations and data analysis pro-active doer with excellent ownership skills and high level of drive and initiative and a true self-starter ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in english and local office language(s) who you'll work with you will be based in our dubai office as part of our central forward program team while working closely and collaborating with mckinsey teams and experts globally. forward is mckinsey & company's flagship social responsibility initiative that has recently been launched across the eema region (eastern europe, middle east & africa) with aspirations to go global. forward is not your traditional leadership or training program. it is a tech enabled platform for professional development. it equips young professionals with 1 - 5 years of experience with the practical future skills they need today - to thrive in their role, day-to-day. forward is the only platform that offers a cross-cutting curriculum, in a fully digital and virtual format, and is free. participants get exposure to a broad set of capabilities such as problem solving, digital and analytical skills, and social and emotional intelligence. at any point in time, there will be tens of thousands of program applicants and participants and hundreds of mckinsey staff involved as volunteers.what you'll do you will be responsible for day-to-day operational, administrative, reporting and logistical aspects of program delivery. in this role, you will manage multiple touchpoints in the participants journeys including managing applications, verification of information, preparing lists for enrolment/unenrollment from the learning platform, event signs ups and progress tracking. you will design, plan and schedule learning events including webinars, workshops and networking events. you will prepare run sheets, talking points and help ensure seamless execution of the agenda in collaboration with team members and program faculty members. you will manage outbound and inbound participant communications, including drafting and sending weekly communication and responding to queries within 48 hours. you will coordinate and follow up with the tech/product team responsible online learning platform to define requirements, draft content as needed and execute updates. you will collect, manage and analyses program and participants data, synthe findings and prepare reports with key insights. you will also document lessons learned, identify and suggest potential improvements and innovations to the participant journey.
