currently working on behalf of a leading main contractor in central london looking for an excellent site manager. my client has a very healthy pipeline this year and the next with work across central london across large commercial, health care and residential schemes in excess of £20million.

the company culture is very positive and progressive, they believe in investing in their site managers, recognising ability and giving credit to hard work. this is an excellent opportunity for a site manager to join a company where you will be considered an important part of the team and have potential to progress up to project manager.

the ideal site manager for this position will have a can do attitude, a good understanding of the build process and care about the job they are doing and have a drive for wanting to deliver excellence in everything you do. the current team get on very well and are a string team so looking for someone with 5+ years experience as a good all-round site manager. the project is due to start in the next few weeks therefore this is an exciting opportunity for a site manager to be able to see a project from start to finish. it would be advantageous for this site manager to be good with sub-structures, piling, ground works and temporary works as well as frame through to fit-out.
