i am currently recruiting on behalf of a busy client of mine who are searching for a project manager with experience on rc frame projects from cradle to grave.
projects valued from £5m - £30m
individuals will need to have a strong understanding of everything from piling, groundworks, basement construction, and concrete frame construction while working on a mixture of residential and mixed-use schemes for the specialist subcontractor
about the opportunity:
my client are recruiting for a specialist groundwork and concrete frame project managers capable of delivering packages ranging in value from £5 up to £30m each.individuals will need to have a strong understanding of everything from piling, groundworks, basement construction and concrete frame construction, while working on both residential and commercial projects.usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects (i.e. health & safety, temporary works and client meetings).about the requirements:
suitable candidates will ideally be degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management and will be able to show a strong history from an engineer through to management over the last 5-10 years. the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong amount of concrete frame and groundwork background. having worked for rival rc frame and groundwork subcontractors in the uk would be advantageous.
