Sales advisor - united kingdom, chepstow, monmouthshire

you will be a key office-based contact for our established business customers, liaising with them on a daily basis to discuss and identify their needs. we want you to build strong, long-lasting relationships which enable you to conduct effective negotiations and produce real sales and solutions.

we are seeking someone with the right customer focused attitude to drive business performance and generate activity through key customers. the right person will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, negotiation, selling, and a drive to help the region achieve its targets through strong teamwork.

you will need to have a strong sales and customer service background, and a knowledge of print products and services would be beneficial but full training will be provided.

key responsibilities:

recieving inbound customer calls, establishing their needs and further opportunities, reaching an agreement on price and productsplacing outbound calls to established customers, generating sales opportunities across the product range.working directly with field-based account managers to create specific plans to develop sales with key customers and putting these into action.managing inbound calls from customers, handling all elements of the call to achieve customer satisfaction.utilising our computer systems (crm and order processing), to provide real time feedback, maintaining relevant information, delivery accuracy and attention to detail.continuous development of your knowledge and understanding of our products and services, with extensive support from our product experts.we would welcome applications with the following skills; sales, sales advisor, sales executive, customer service, customer support, sales, admin, it literate, telephony, negotiation, crm, order processing, forecasting, pipeline, outbound.
