you've been working in a productive and successful kitchen team and you're looking to develop and grow your skills. you think now is the right time for you to take on a little more responsibility and take the next step in your career. you know your good with people and you love making sure that customers leave happy, especially when we've had to turn them from a dissatisfied customer to a delighted one. your organised and you understand that as a team leader you are responsible for supporting and guiding the team through a shift making sure that everyone is playing their part in ensuring the customer leaves happy. you love both following and leading teams along simple processes taking great care and pride in your work - nothing gets missed or forgotten in your watch.

your role as a kitchen team leader

our team members are the beating heart of our business, sharing their knowledge and passion for our beers and burgers with both our eat in and take away customers. as a team leader, either within our front of house or kitchen teams you are part of the coaching team for all our team members, sharing your knowledge, ensuring they are following all our how to's and keeping them curious. we look to all team leaders to be enthusiastic, lead by example and to be positive and supportive.
