About our client a leadership role for an established it service/ software provider in kuwait who are looking for a sales director to manage p&l and a core group of sales managers/ account managers. they are heavily cater towards the banking and financial services industry and also general enterprise customers for infrastructure. job description your primary responsibilities will be as below: augment a high performance management team with the critical business skills, sales and business development expertise, and leadership needed to achieve the targeted revenue and profit for the company from existing and new customers, markets and industries responsible for the effective regional operations, including services and to develop and implement methodologies to promote company strategy develop, implement, and manage sales strategies, plans, and programs needed to achieve targeted revenue and profit work with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities the successful applicant to be a successful applicant for this role, you must have the below experience and attributes: minimum overall professional work experience of 15-20 years minimum commercial/ sales experience in it software/ services of 10 years (core banking software/ managed services/ infrastructure and it consulting) track record of managing top line and a p&l people management (sales teams) experience proven track record of delivering it solutions to the banking, financial services and insurance industry as is a large chunk of our client's global clientele and specialty too arabic speaking skills are mandatory for this role due to client profile regionally what's on offer circa kd 5,000 per month (gross salary) + on target earnings based on quota achievements (equivalent to 50%) + schooling assistance per annum medical, air fare, visas on top for self and family
