The hris analyst will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our hr systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy and embarking on the journey to “reimagine” analytics and metrics through technology platforms.
• implement standardization and ensure the integrity of people systems, primarily but not limited to success factors (sap) and adp, are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout the organization.
• optimize the performance of our platform and maintain first class service of data integrity and accuracy.
• ensures hr databases are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information through data entry, file transfers, and regular audits.
• recommends system design changes and upgrades based on efficiency of current system, feedback from end users, and business objectives.
• focus on identifying trends, determining root cause of problems, predicting future implications, and determining solutions to drive effective business decisions.
• partner with other hr system stakeholders to streamline processes and offer technical solutions to increase integrity and efficiency.
• support audit and compliance efforts.
• detail-oriented: meticulous attention to detail; able to gather configuration requirements and effectively problem-solver.
• ability to collaborate with colleagues across the company to ensure 100% partner satisfaction.

qualifications:
• bachelor's degree
• five plus years of experience in hris (e.g. sap & adp)
• advanced microsoft excel/powerpoint skills
• demonstrated proficiency with hr systems
• exceptional attention to detail, solid organizational skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, outstanding guest focus, and strong analytical ability
• ability to analyze data from various reports, draw conclusions, and make recommendations concerning the effectiveness of solutions
• ability to work with confidential information and always maintain confidentiality
preferred:
• bachelor's degree in information systems, business or human resources related field
• proven experience leading moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness and self-initiative
• versatility in managing multiple projects, priorities and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously
• ability to self-direct and balance competing priorities and deadlines
• communication skills (presentation, verbal, written, etc.); is able to effectively communicate to all levels of management, both internally and externally
