We are currently looking for motivated lot recon (vehicle preparation) manager to join our team. we have been in business for over 10 years. we are a high-volume car dealership that is family owned and operated. we have a large selection of automobiles and offer an incredible work environment with high potential for advancement / growth. some experience in the field is preferred, but not necessary. we will teach the right person from scratch.

what we are looking for:

vehicles arrive from auction and get checked in by our lot manager. after inspection a list is made for what the vehicle will need before it is listed up for sale (vehicles might need detail, mechanic work, body work etc.). the individual that we are looking for will work with the lot manager and take the vehicles to our partner shops and complete the necessary requirements in order to list the car for sale. in a sentence:

you will work directly with the lot manager and will take the car from the moment it arrives on the lot to the point where it is ready for sale.

what is required to apply:

valid driver's license
ability to work full-time including saturdays.
being responsible and punctual.

compensation:

you will be paid weekly $800 - $1,000 a week and you will be eligible for performance bases bonuses / commission. that will depend on how fast the vehicles will be ready for sale and how the dealership performs monthly.
