we are currently looking for a passionate client advisor to join us in our swindon office, where you will spend your time working alongside likeminded colleagues. you will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary from gbp18,750 be eligible for our company bonus scheme (up to 10% of annual salary), pension, private healthcare, wellbeing support, life assurance, plus many other soft benefits.

what will you be doing?

working as part of a fast-paced client services team, the client advisor will have responsibility for answering customer enquiries and resolving customer issues both electronically and verbally. you will also be responsible for ensuring that customers are served in a courteous, friendly and timely manner, monitoring personal workloads throughout the day to ensure the service levels and kpis are met in line with company standards.

duties & responsibilities

answer all incoming client enquiries via any media (phone, email, webchat, atomic), accurately and promptly (to current sla/kpi).

to attend and contribute to department /team meetings.

ensure complaints are documented, handled and escalated in accordance with current client services procedures and non-conformance procedures.

ensure you operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.

maintain a safe working environment.

always operate within with the client service performance standards and behavioural framework.

other duties as reasonably required.

key attributes would include

a knowledge of tmgroup, the search conveyancing process, products and suppliers

understanding of the value of customer service to an organisation.

understanding of relationship building at all levels.

a proven competency in communication skills (including written and verbal) with both external and internal contacts. (senior excellent communication skills).

ability to work without supervision.

accuracy, attention detail.

a flexible / adaptable approach being able to move from one task to another easily but maintaining accuracy.

a good knowledge of the conveyancing process (senior) good understanding of communication, website-based and bespoke tmgroup platforms.

good numeracy skills

knowledge of conveyancing process.
