we’re looking for a chef de partie to join our team for a recently opened kitchen at the bethnal green tavern.
we have a strong opening team, and now are looking to grow it a bit now that we are getting established. the menu is nostalgic british classic dishes, using high quality ingredients and a bit of pizzazz. sundays are for roasts- free range meat, crispy roast potatoes, a banging vegan option, and carefully executed trimmings.
the pub is on the high street with lots of footfall, with an airy modern-classic pub feel inside and a large garden in the back. on the bar we focus on serving the best beers possible, along with simple cocktails with excellent quality booze in them.
we are part of the grace land group, which includes the black heart, the earl of essex, red hand, the kings arms (bethnal green) and the axe. as a small-ish and growing company there is great opportunity for growth within the business.
