we are currently looking to recruit an experienced chef de partie to work with the head chef and team at this lovely gastro pub that will be opening its doors in late april. this newly refurbished site is looking for a passionate chef de partie to been part on the new opening team.

the place

a lovely dining pub with a 60 cover restaurant and large beer garden. the pub is currently undergoing a sizeable refurbishment with a brand new kitchen being fitted. a 7 day a week operation the pub will serve the local community and tourist trade alike with a focus on a a fresh, seasonal menu.

the successful chef de partie will have the following:
