this role is with a consulting company working for one of their banking projects. the job requires to be onsite at the client location 2 days a week in swindon.
the role
act in an advisory position to assist business design delivery and perform business analysis activities including but
not limited to requirement elicitation, gap & impact analysis, and business process modeling, while leading
continuous improvement.
key responsibilities
act in an advisory position to assist business design delivery
be the first point of escalation for business design delivery
identify inefficiency and recommend new ways of working.
estimate, plan and define business analysis activities.
ensure business design services adhere to quality standards.
define the business problem and primary objectives of the new projects.
lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts
create functional requirements use cases, coordinate walk-throughs with stakeholders, signoffs, and verifications with the users.

experience in retail banking & financial services domain
experience working with diverse set of stakeholders at different levels – business, it, third parties
experience working in waterfall as well as agile methodologies.
experience in conducting workshops and sessions to identify business requirements and address pain points of the customers.
expertise in defining target operating model and writing high level operational designs
experience in articulating functional and non-functional requirements.
proficient in business process mapping, creating as-is, to-be business processes.
experience in business and it readiness activities during solution roll out.
excellent written and oral communication skills
