adecco has partnered with a top client in york pa looking for a logistics billing specialist/ap.  this is a temp-to-hire role paying $19-$20 an hour to start. the logistics billing specialist/ap will act as a dynamic link between the account manager, operation/dispatch, and accounting/billing department. this position is not remote. 

schedule: monday-friday 8am-5pm

maintain and track documents related to assigned loads to carriers and their agreed rates and fees to customers.

employ organizational and problem-resolution skills to ensure a clean workflow through the completion of the billing process, including direct communication with dispatchers, drivers and customers.

communicate confidently and professionally with a variety of internal and external customers.

resolve billing and invoices discrepancies.

accounts payable processing for brokerage department.

accurate data entry between multiple operating systems for billing and invoicing.

have a familiarity with computer programs such as microsoft word, excel, and be comfortable working with computers.

ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

 

education:

high school or equivalent (preferred)
