we are currently looking for a chef de partie to join the brigade at this charming british hotel. the kitchen team will constantly strive to develop their ideas, taking inspiration from the best seasonal ingredients on offer to produce dishes with exciting flavour combinations.

the place

our client is a fine dining restaurant & country house hotel with a well-established private events venue. this site is located between swindon and bath so access to a car will be a requirement. the hotel caters breakfast lunch and dinner offering british cuisine featuring produce from the kitchen gardens and orchards.

the perks

the chef de partie will receive:

a competitive basic salary of £27,000 - tips on top of basic salarya full-time contract for 5 days per week two days off consecutivelyfree meals on dutygreat progression opportunitiesa mixture of early and late shifts

the person

the chef de partie will have:
