our client is a professional services and investment management company specialising in real estate. the concentrix team in newcastle provide facilities management support for hsbc banks for the uk, europe and the middle east.

as an advisor you would be involved in front-end trouble shooting, logistics activity and scheduling appointments for engineers to fix or perform contractual checks. inbound calls may require a follow-up outbound call.

salary gbp9.90 p/h

working hours between 7am and 11pm, mon - sun (40 hours per week) typical shifts 7am-3.30pm and 3pm-11pm.

20 days holiday (rising to 25) plus statutory bank holidays per annum
