the role:

key responsibilities:
reporting to the sqs you will be working as a quantity surveyor.you will play a key role within the team in delivering quality and value for money projects to the client.you will provide the necessary contractual and commercial expertise, supporting the site team and others alike from pre- to post-construction. manage day to day commercial and contract activities.sub-contract procurement ensuring maximum value for money.sub-contract valuations and final accounts.preparation of compensation events/variations (depending on form of contract).contractual correspondence.commercial reporting.what you will need to succeed:
