salary: gbp21,000 - gbp23,000 pa + gbp1,200 pa performance bonus

working hours: full time, 37.5 hours per week

shift patterns: between 8am to 9pm, mon- sun, 5on 2off

holidays: 29 days holidays (increases to 31 days after 12 months service) including bank holidays.

as a customer resolutions advisor, you will be the point of contact for our customers ensuring their query / complaint is resolved quickly and professionally, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment & have excellent communication skills. you will be responsible for providing 1st line support with the ability to objection handle when needed and always strive to achieve first call resolution with every customer.

role responsibilities

ensure first call resolution is maintained at any time

dealing with customer complaints and enquiries.

resolving aftersales queries and complaints effectively and escalating where necessary

objection handling and providing solutions to customer s complaints

providing technical support and providing detailed information on how to use the alarm system

assist customers regarding invoicing and billing enquiries

skills & experience

6 months experience in customer service

excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude

customer oriented, genuine passionate about customers' security and safety.

ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality

strong computer and ms office skills.
