sales & service:

*actively sell in a professional and friendly manner contributing to the development of the turnover.

*to run the sales floor when requested by the management team ensuring the slick operation, clear communication and sales driving hours whilst maximising conversion opportunities with the team.

products:

*support and develop sales assistants in relation to in-depth product knowledge to aid our customers fashion needs.

*to provide accurate and informative product knowledge including the features and benefits of the products available.

*promote the brand, products and services at all times.

operations:

*ensure sales transactions are processed with care and attention.

*adhere to stock control procedures.

*assist in the maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives adhering to the company guidelines/expectations.

*ensure the sales floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.

*support the management team in ensuring the team are trained and understand all till and cash handling procedures.

teamwork:

*work as an effective part of the store team.

*demonstrate flexibility in order to meet store needs.

*build professional and effective relationships that support team goals.

*support all team members in achieving team goals through professional and effective relationships.

*communicate team goals and objectives in the absence of your management team.

profile:

*you have more than 2 years of experience in the premium/luxury retail industry.

*you are passionate about fashion and familiar of fashion trends.

*you are sales and target driven.

40 hours - permanent position

salary based on experience.
