30yr veteran restauranteur is opening the first of its kind establishment in la. we are opening a high-end japanese fusion omakase restaurant that is 100% plant based! we brought on one of the best designers (fig & olive, kimpton hotel) in the industry to help us bring our vision to life, and wait til you see what we've done! not only that, but our executive chef is at the top of his game. chef helped create menus at places like the michelin star restaurant sushi bar, and taisho
just to name a couple. our chef has made a mark in the japanese cuisine industry and when he's not helping create our menu, he's hosting private dinner parties. kusaki (plants) is serving fine-dining style plates that have been meticulously created over the past 9 months and we couldn't be more excited to share with the world.

we are currently starting the hiring process for all positions listed below:

foh:
host (must have host experience and be proficient with yelp reservations)
bussers
servers (must have 2+ years experience)

boh:
sushi chefs (must have japanese cuisine experience)
line cooks (must have kitchen experience)
prep cooks (must have experience)
dish (you are also expected to be able to help kitchen during service, so experience is recommended)

plant based knowledge is appreciated but not mandated.
