due to the special interface function between management and production, this position is fundamentally important for the long-term success of the company. there are also regular exchange meetings with other team leaders in order to optimize efficiency together. you are responsible for training and coaching your employees, conducting performance reviews and actively supporting their further development. you are part of the management team in the respective area (usp / dsp) and use your experience to actively help set up the team and the system

key criteria for an interview invitation:

european nationality (mandatory)

biotech experience of 3-7+ years

gmp experience

experience in usp/dsp

experience in leadership or management

proficient english

your main tasks:

leading, assessing, coaching and developing employees by creating and implementing training plans

setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines

recognizing and correcting deviations and participating in investigations as well as improvement projects

assuring security, gmp compliance amongst others

comparing cross-company process steps (relationships, dependencies, processes)

managing shift handovers, inspections as well as creating, maintaining and updating instruction manuals

your qualifications:

several years of professional experience as a shift team leader, deputy or system specialist in organic production

comprehensive knowledge of production processes and interrelationships in a large production area with detailed knowledge of all process steps and systems

experienced in installing and handling manufacturing plants as well as in coordinating resources and work processes

comprehensive knowledge of process engineering

fluency in english (written and oral), german would be an advantage
