our partner is a growing and pioneering biotech company. they are rapidly developing and hiring new talent. they are currently in the pre-launch phase with innovative oncology medicine (t-cel). their product has been approved by the fda and expected ema, canada and uk approval will follow on short term.

we are recruiting a project manager commercial to join the team. you will report into the project management director.

responsibilities:

your main focus is assisting in driving cross-functional excellence within multidisciplinary commercial teams. this means you will collaborate with different stakeholders internally such as medical affairs, market access and sales.

tactical execution of tasks in commercial projects

strategic and tactical planning of oncology development projects or commercial product

delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule

assessment and management of project risks

communication and support of timely decisions with key stakeholders

who are you?

you have a bachelor s degree, preferably in life sciences

you have 2 or 3 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

experience in commercial project management is a big plus, so is experience in oncology

you have excellent communication skills, can engage with various stakeholders and are well organized

project management professional (pmp) is a plus

a fast learner that leverages core talents and skills rapidly in new and complex environments

an analytical thinker who is energized by delving into complex projects

working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., ms project, smartsheet, sharepoint, ms teams) and processes.
