Dispatcher needed for high volume taxi office operating 24/7.
weekends required
skills needed:
problem solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate them effectively with customers, drivers, and staff.
respond to driver requests for assistance, lost drivers, bad addresses.
knowledge of google maps a plus.
knowledge of excel and word is a added bonus.
at this time, it is a full time or part-time position, however, there is opportunity for more! we are a small business with alot of clientele and patience is a must.
