job responsibilities

we're a leading assisted living operator looking for a full time working sous chef. this is a working supervisory position that requires prep and line work daily. the candidate must have strong line and prep experience, as well as some supervisory experience. this candidate must be reliable, even-tempered, passionate about food and is a very strong cook.
