We are a full service practice, open 6 days a week looking for a reliable self-starter who is confident in their skill set and capable of working well within a team environment. we are a fast-paced hospital looking for a strong, experienced veterinary technician to join our team with the possibility of a management position; rvt would be ideal. this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term career. we are a paperless practice using avimark software. we need someone who has good communication skills, is energetic, reliable, compassionate, hard working and a quick thinker. cleaning and sanitizing work space during this time is also a must.
technician duties include, but not limited to, someone who has experience placing iv catheters, drawing blood, monitoring anesthesia, administering injections, x-rays, dentals, treatments and charting among other tasks. our hospital is equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, dental station and a fully equipped surgery suite. must work well and cohesively with doctors and staff. we need someone who works in an extremely fast work environment and is efficient and able to multitask well. basic knowledge of computers.
