Field service technician for solar and bird control and artificial turf maintenance (las vegas)

position summary:
- you will train under our lead tech and learn how to work with the various processes and methods of bird control, solar panel after care and artificial turf cleaning
- the primary work is cleaning artificial turf, bird control material installation, installing bird guards on solar systems and cleaning bird mess and solar panels.

responsibilities:
- listen and learn from expert technicians
- assess the job and come up with a plan of action
- explain to the customer your finds and explain how we plan to help
- after the assessment, move forward with the servicing and make sure the customer is satisfied with the completed work
- make sure the equipment used are taken care of and report to management for anything required for upcoming jobs
- upload all notes, photos and any information regarding jobs in our crm
- driving company work vehicles to job site and back
- work as a member of a team and share duties and responsibilities as needed.
