this position is for customer service representative/dispatcher.
as a csr/dispatcher you will handle incoming service calls, schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians accordingly.
scheduling or dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests using phones and e-mail.
preparing work orders/data entry.
professional and pleasant phone etiquette.
job requirements:
service titan is a plus but not a must.
minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and dispatch.
familiar with the service area including las vegas, henderson and boulder city.
income: based upon experience.
reliable transportation.
clean background check, drug free, professional minded.
willingness to work different shifts.
job type: full-time two shifts
salary: $17.00 /hour + health savings fund + one week paid vacation after first year.
up to $100.00 bonuses per call for positive reviews.
