Hvac technician northridge - united states, losangeles

Air max hvac is the fastest growing hvac installer in southern california and we are looking for several experienced certified technicians to add to our growing team. we pay top dollar and will provide a huge opportunity for growth.

interested candidates should be proficient at:

• troubleshooting hvac equipment

• proposing new air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems as well as insulation, ducts, and energy efficient solutions

• educate clients on options of repairing equipment vs. replacing equipment

• diagnose and perform equipment repairs and replacements (full split systems, mini-split systems, package units, condensers, coils, air handlers, furnaces including low- and ultra-low nox furnaces, heat pumps including water-source heat pumps, etc.)

• perform routine preventative maintenance on units

• respond to emergency maintenance requests/service calls

• adhere to all safety policies and procedures

qualifications:

• minimum 5 years previous experience in residential hvac or other related home improvement fields

• epa certification

• tools required

• valid ca driver’s license

• great attitude

• fast learner

• ambitious

• excellent customer service skills

• good judgement and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• ability to handle physical workload

• ability to upsell is huge!!!
