founded in 2000, reliant pest control is a formidable & credible termite & pest control company with tremendous reach and impeccable service in the southern california market. our company has experienced double digit growth over the last 3 three years, hence we are looking to hire pest control, termite technicians & inspectors that are highly motivated, good with people and folks that want to get ahead financially.

the opportunity:

the pest control applicant will need to have a valid and clear ca drivers license be able to pass live scan and have the ability to pass with training the certified applicators exam.

the successful candidate inspects, detects, evaluates, prevents and controls pests and or termite infestation utilizing integrated pest management techniques. determines appropriate treatment to eliminate or control a variety of pests. provides exceptional customer inspections, assesses and identifies source of pest control problems. determines, plans and performs appropriate treatment to eliminate or control termite & pest infestation

coordinates and monitors pest control projects. inspect buildings for termite/ pest activity. checks and maintains traps, bait stations, bird netting and other pest control devices. applies pesticides in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
maintains and performs repairs of equipment.
determines and eliminates access areas of pests using appropriate materials such as wire cloth, door sweeps and foam sealant.
meets with customers to discuss termite & pest issues and concerns.
advises customers how to keep properties free from pests.
cleans and disinfects pest infected areas. removes and disposes of dead animals.
maintains documents and prepares reports. works with contractors on pest control issues such as termites and bees. meets with customers and management to discuss concerns.
trains others on proper pest control techniques. may assist other workers in treatment processes to eliminate and control pests.
experienced, effective, skilled in closing provided sales leads as generated by the company
performs other related duties as assigned or requested by the company

minimum field of experience:

none

ability to communicate effectively. knowledgeable in numerous types of pests such as rodents, ants, birds, roaches, bees, termites, etc. familiar with and practices the principles of integrated pest management. experience in medical care facilities, environments with small children, educational facilities, areas with animals, etc... is preferred
