Job purpose :provide maintenance technical expertise on troubleshooting failures, repairs, restoring defective equipment and providinginput to facility and equipment strategies. minimum experience required: 10 years. holder of bs in mechanical engineeringindustry : petro chemical key responsibilities :1.serve as a subject-matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root-cause investigations.2.provide engineering support to plant issues impacting production over a short period of time.3.provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluate equipment’s durabilityand conditions.4.should be at a mastery level of troubleshooting rotating equipment such as reciprocating compressors, gear pumps,centrifugal pumps, extruders, pelletizing system.5.ensure that requests for equipment critical to work process include engineering input on repair details such asclearances, tolerances, materials of construction, welding procedures, etc., and if necessary provide onsite/offsite technicalsupport for deviations from this data.6.ensure that repairs, repair techniques, equipment specific training, are documented and accessible.7.support the ppm coordinator as required in reviewing spare parts’ list for existing equipment.8.develop maintenance’s operating discipline and provide maintainability input to projects.9.participate in developing the maintenance budget to support the maintenance strategy.10.as required, provide engineering input to work packages to ensure standards are followed.11.provide input on development of work orders, particularly on critical equipment that requires engineering review.12.comply with eh&s guidelines and overall safety processes.13.perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor / managersalary breakdownsalary : as per the market rateworking hours : 40 hrs per weekvacation : 30 calendar days every yearcontract duration : 1yearnationality : anyair ticket : yearlywork location : jubailremarks:candidates should have iqama transferablecandidates current location should be in saudi arabianotice period immediate joining
