We currently have an opportunity for a plumbing supervisor. this is a field-based position responsible for 8-10 plumbers. this opportunity is perfect for the seasoned plumber who doesn’t want to continue to wrench for much longer and wants to develop the younger generation. this person is the liaison between the team in the office and the team in the field. they will be directly responsible for the culture and direction of the team. we are also a fast-growing company and there is plenty of room for advancement if wanted.

responsibilities:
• new hire orientation in the field
• new hire field process and technical training
• continued technical training and support for your team
• quality control for the team
• handling customer concerns on-site
• providing honest feedback about your team
• overall key performance indicator responsibility for team

qualifications
• must have a minimum of 8 years plumbing (commercial and/or residential)
• must have truly enjoy interacting with people (you will be speaking with your plumbers each day as well as customers)
• enjoy teaching and developing team members
• has previously been in a leadership position for a minimum of a year
• has all basic tools needed for a plumber
• has excellent communication skills
