our firm handles mortgage financing for landlords in the nyc metro area.
property types: multi family apartment buildings, mixed use properties, office buildings, hotels, & ground-up construction

duties & responsibilities
1) reach out to landlords daily via phone & text, offering mortgage rate reductions on their commercial properties.
2) use our crm platforms, mailchimp & osi to promote our mortgage programs.
3) contact realtors in our community to make them aware of our services.
4) reach out to our current client database.
5) past client follow-up, crm follow-up.

it is a plus to have a real estate license, or be willing to begin the licensing process with us, which we will cover the cost of.
compensation will be discussed in person.
essential skills, experience and education:
• high school diploma or ged equivalent.
• proven experience working with crm software.
• ability to successfully multi-task, in high pressure situations.
• knowledge of telephone etiquette, and ability to professionally handle rejections.
• ability to pass both a credit and criminal background check.
• call center experience is a plus!
