***must be able to work thursdays thru saturdays from 10pm to 4am***

zazzy’s pizza is seeking a counter person to join our store team! this role requires an individual with a passion for quality and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service! we make traditional ny pies, and sicilian and detroit pan pizzas. we follow an authentic style and high-quality ingredients. we are pizza lovers and you must be too! teamwork is needed, this is a lifestyle job and nothing is beneath you!

overview of responsibilities
-knowledge of the full menu and our zazzy’s care program
-multitasking of cutting, heating, and serving slices as well as pies in a quick and efficient manner.
-working our pos/third party table
-people oriented: enjoys working with our guests and employees, possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
-driving sales and pitches to customers
-assisting customers with orders and ensuring exceptional customer experiences
-opening and closing procedures
-answering phones
-delivering orders to customers in a timely fashion
-checking orders for quality and accuracy
-learning the delivery area
-knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines including cooking time/temperatures control
-other reasonable assigned duties/ tasks as per business need

qualifications
-minimum of 1+ years as a counter person in the fast-food business
-must be able to work weekends and some holidays
-must help stay in compliance with the department of health
-must be reliable and dependable
-experience working in a high volume, fast-paced food and/or retail environment
-knowledge of a variety of styles of pizzas
-ability to take direction from all levels of management
-must be able to meet the position's physical demands, including standing for extended periods, bending, pulling, pushing, carrying up to 50 pounds, etc.
