Zazzy’s pizzeria is looking for experienced, enthusiastic team members to join our growing family. we are expanding fast and looking for an experienced delivery driver and prep guy. we do food deliveries daily from our commissary store to the other locations. the commissary is in charge of all our food items to run the business. when you are not doing deliveries you will assist with prep. this position is ideal for a candidate who loves teamwork and someone who is comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.

overview of responsibilities
- driving the company's vehicle to all zazzy's locations daily.
-must be able to work a 40hr work week and weekends are a must
- packing and transport of food, beverage, and service items for our off-premise events
- prepping food items at our commissary for all zazzy's locations
- pizza dough prep
-following proper delivery procedures
-learning the delivery area
-knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines including cooking time/temperatures control
-other reasonable assigned duties/ tasks as per business need

qualifications
-you must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of two years
-prior food and/or driver experience preferred
-experience driving vehicles on nyc roadways
-have excellent communication and customer service skills
-exhibit reliability, flexibility, and punctuality
-ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry heavy food and/or service items required for catering events
-have a professional appearance and demeanor
-comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-work well in a team environment
-able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve
