potential candidates should possess the following:
-proven track record in all foh operations, including human resource management, basic accounting, pos operation, etc.
-background in fine dining and formal dining service is essential
-ability to work well with others in a team/family environment
-general computer skills
-wine & bar program development
-catering experience a plus
-punctuality and efficiency are imperative
