our client is a european innovation-driven speciality pharmaceutical company with products distributed in more than 100 countries worldwide. the women's health division is dedicated to the development and commercialisation of innovative drugs for women's reproductive medicine. the company is one of very few in the world to offer a comprehensive portfolio of products for gynaecological conditions.

to enable them to optimise core systems, the commercial systems manager will manage veeva crm, support the development of microsoft power bi dashboards and deliver ad-hoc reports and insight as required. the role will also support the wider it systems, and technology within the company.

key responsibilities will include:

system optimisation; partner with internal/external stakeholders to manage the crm system in order to optimise efficacy and add value to end users

reporting; development and ongoing maintenance of power bi dashboards, production of ad-hoc reports and collaborate with business to continuously improve the data warehouse. to manage and ensure delivery of any additional ad hoc business requests

promotional excellence; support promotional excellence operations and processes, e.g. territory alignment change, cycle plan implementation, customer segmentation implementation, support closed loop marketing (clm) functionality and promovaults

experience required:

maintaining/ administrating veeva crm system (or similar platform)

designing/ delivering end-user training programmes

developing productive partnerships with local, global and external stakeholders (commercial,

marketing, data providers and crm platform companies)

experience with digital commercial capabilities

experience with digital asset management and content management

experience of designing and maintaining appropriate dashboards and reports that provide clear, accessible insights, such as monthly sales

power bi knowledge and development skills preferable with digital asset management and content management

knowledge of pharmaceutical industry or fmcg environment
