about this job:

this role works very closely with and supports all the workstream leads and the respective cxo's across all projects that are required to support the csp 2021. specific focus on the execution environment to increase the capability of astellas in its transformation

responsibilities:

provide strong programme support to workstream leads, specifically on the quality of the projects, the planning, the reporting process, the quality of the project planning mapping and managing the interdependencies across projects, between divisions and those projects that require extensive cross divisional collaboration.

ensure that the planning, scoping, valuation process is to a high quality and supports the project outcomes.

managing 4 workstreams under the role ranging from performance, strategic through to organisational health goals.

additional project management for specific projects will also be required.

managing employee headcount (ftes, including indirect reports)

forecast growth rate

estimate operating budget, revenue and revenue impact

overall responsibility for the tracking of all projects that link to the cs

essential knowledge & experience:

experience project manager, with ability to work across multiple areas of competency. these include all aspects of project management and portfolio analysis.

ability to apply analytical skills to strategic thinking identifying trends, address key business needs linked to project strategy

ability to influence cross-divisional direction

ability to think strategically and translate vision into action

educations/qualifications:

any relevant graduate degree
