Purchasing specialist - saudi arabia, dammam

- market research in variety of categories .
- continuous awareness of relevant markets .
- planning and providing detailed reports about those purchases .
- searching for and locating and reaching out to appropriate re - sellers and distributors .
- sourcing suppliers locally and internationally .
- contracts and prices negotiation .
- liaison with other departments in the company to support end - to - end procurement process .
- consulting management on procurement decisions .

min . requirements :
computer acumen and experience in excel .
minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years saudi market purchasing experience ( preferably 1 year of which in dammam / khobar / dhahran )
professional level english language .
conversational level arabic language .
transferable iqama
currently located in dammam / khobar / dhahran
bonus :
experience with registering as a vendor .
experience with chinese suppliers .
