role

as a housekeeper you are a brand ambassador and engage with each guest to ensure that we deliver a great experience every time, creating a memorable guest experience is your aim.

this is a multi-skilled role with excellent training provided for each of the below areas;

floor (server): you take ownership of your section(s) allocated on shift, taking pride in your area of responsibility and having a keen eye for detail. assisting guests in a friendly manner.

carry out all cleaning duties in the shower rooms, lounge floors, emptying bins. replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and towels in a timely manner.

ensure the services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the lounge achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards

use of cleaning products in a safe manner

to follow cleaning procedures including use of equipment health & safety in the workplace including control of substances harmful to health (coshh)

keeping public areas clean and tidy

working as part of a team, helping others out when required.
