■ technical college or equivalent.

"■ minimum of five years’ experience in application of various condition monitoring techniques (vibration, thermography, oil analysis) in heavy industrial environment having diverse nature of equipment and processes. he should be able to apply relevant techniques in detecting problems in wide variety of equipment.
■ ideally would have integrated steel plant experience
■ technical college graduates in mechanical eng. having > 15 years’ experience in plant maintenance, support services or engineering in a large scale steel industrial complex and with proven skills & capabilities can also be considered.
■ should have adequate training and experience on selection and application of sophisticated condition monitoring instruments and associated computer software.
■ ideally would have integrated steel plant experience.

"collection of condition monitoring data related to vibration (on line and off line systems) from the plant equipment, prepare the preliminary report and provide the report and physical observations from the worksite to the vibration engineer for review/ detailed analysis.
provides vibration monitoring support to the vibration engineer for improving reliability and availability of the critical plant assets.
provides oil monitoring / analysis support to the plant sections for improving reliability and availability of their critical plant assets
generation of condition monitoring thermal reports along with action requests in cases of thermal problem detection to relevant plant section and getting feedback on action taken by plant personnel.
note: for basic operation training program employee (botp) technician should spend at least 60 days for safety about area safety and activity safety also should spend time to identify the hazard and confirm it . basic operation training program employee (botp) technician after 60 days of safety should company with expert technician to the plant just to stand in safe area and watch how job is done after spending 90 days watching and knowing the area he can join to work after acknowledgement of understanding the safety requirement and hazard identification .
