design and set print magazines, create on and off-line material, support award and conference programmes with marketing and event creative, assist with the development of digital resources.

key outputs - magazines

- produce creative and effective graphic design solutions for layout of full magazines and liaise with the editor on suitable visual representation for each magazine issue.

- manage the online edition of the magazine and social media

- design and produce advertisements for clients as required and liaise with the sales team on sign off / client approval

- actively participate in the production process - taking on special projects in liaison with other team members, making a positive contribution to team wide issues and ensuring graphic design work is always representative of magazine brand style.

key outputs- conferences and award programmes

-understanding and managing av -design and produce materials for marketing programmes

-create graphics for award and conference events.

-create output, multi-media for staging, screens (keynote, powerpoint)

key outputs -web & social media

-setting domains for web and email

-preparation of materials and graphics to update websites.

-ability to create and develop websites using wordpress and plugins

-prior experience of marketing in on-line and social media channels an advantage

-mailjet email marketing

-google analytics (linking sites and set up)

technical/computer skills

recognised qualification in graphic design, minimum two years' creative experience in magazine publishing preferred.

fluent in adobe creative suite (indesign, photoshop, illustrator, acrobat, after effects, dream weaver and premier pro). plus, be familiar with microsoft office, cms (wordpress), digital publishing suite, hardware (setup, maintenance and troubleshooting) windows, os x & app developer.
