we are currently looking to recruit a sous chef for a luxury hotel. as sous chef you will support the head chef and have responsibility for the team of chefs delivering 2 rosette standard food for the hotels 45 cover restaurant. creating a restaurant menu to inspire local patrons and hotel residents to ensure the future success of this busy restaurant.

a luxury 4aa red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a michelin star the other 2aa rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.
