Personal support assistant - united kingdom, newton mearns, glasgow
we are a charity that gives support and advice to our clients who wish to employ personal support assistants. we currently have a number of clients with roles available. our role is to help source pas, and to support our clients through employment set up for the person they decide to employ. successful candidates will therefore be working for a sole employer. these varied roles are part time - school hours, weekdays, mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. roles include support to activities in the community, assistance at home, personal care, light housework and respite. if you have experience as a carer to a family member or relevant work experience, then this rewarding role may be for you. students will also be considered.
if you are a driver with use of your own car, this would be advantageous but not essential for all clients.
ideally you will live within east renfrewshire or nearest surrounding areas.
we have a few clients that require a personal support assistant who can converse in punjabi, hindi , arabic.
