concierge/doorman for luxury residential building in park slope, brooklyn/brighton beach, brooklyn
duties include but are not limited to :

flexible hours
meet and greet tenants and guests at the front desk
assist tenants with packages in and out of the building/vehicles
accept mail and packages for tenants and notify them as required
assist property manager with minor tasks
provide excellent customer service to residents
maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude
maintain a neat/clean lobby and courtyard area

excellent communication skills are required

other duties as assigned
