Smithcraft custom architectural signs seeks an experienced, full-time accounts receivable/accounts payable specialist. our new team member will hit the ground running. the work embodies our core values of innovation, teamwork, excellence, integrity and ingenuity and we look for those driven by the same. wages are competitive, based on experience and capabilities.
primary responsibilities:
· manage the closing of jobs and invoicing.
· monthly aia billings to contractors.
· manage a/r, keep up with cash flow and balance accounts.
· oversee a/p data entry, and payment disbursements.
· reconcile credit card statements and charges
· process receipts
qualifications & requirements:
· microsoft office products, including fluency in excel.
· strong attention to detail.
· experienced collaborator and problem-solver. capable communicator, both oral and written.
· sense of responsibility for outcomes.
· construction or manufacturing knowledge are beneficial.
· sage 100 (f.k.a mas90) experience helpful but not required.
