- conducting potential client intakes
- maintaining client files
- scanning and copying documents
- assisting with document collection and preparation for document production according to rules and case - based deadlines
- drafting cover letters
- entering time entries into timekeeping database
- filing pleadings with court both in-person (locally), through mail and electronic filing system
- assist attorneys with discovery, document collection and document creation
- at least 1-2 years directly related experience preferably in family law
- associates degree or higher
- familiarity with excel, word, microsoft office, netdocuments, google calendar preferred
