We are currently hiring for a daytime maintenance/porter position for retail shopping centers, business parks and industrial centers. must be a self starter. must have cell phone. the job involves many areas of our operation including day porter, haul away of dumped items, cleaning vacant suites, trash removal, graffiti removal and light maintenance. applicant must be drug free (testing for illegal substances is required). an acceptable 36 month dmv record is required for all driving positions and experience with trailers is a plus. starting pay for the position is negotiable based on experience.
