responsibilities for handyman/maintenance technician:
• performing a variety of home maintenance duties with complete technical and mechanical skill, including carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, tiling, power washing, and painting.
• occasionally working as a team on renovation projects, and other times working on your own.
• following company instructions & protocols.
• proactive recognition of client maintenance issues and bringing them to supervisor's attention.
• clear communication with all team members and clients.
• reliable and responsive to issues and emergency requests.
• willing to work occasional off hours (saturday) optional.
qualifications for handyman/maintenance technician:
• minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or other related fields
• proficiency in painting, power washing, light carpentry and handy man plumbing
• you must have your own basic tools, transportation, and pass a background check
• fluent english speaker
• clean driving record and valid drivers license
• must be eligible to work in the us
• knowledge of westchester county
