Chino grande is a new full-service restaurant in brooklyn featuring contemporary american food/cocktails. owners currently have well established taiwanese-american and italian restaurants in the williamsburg/bushwick area.

- we're currently hiring experienced full time & part time line cooks. $20+ doe. this position at this rate is for experienced line cooks who want to grow within a company, come with their own knife, are responsible for their station and maintain high quality mise/ prep and communicate with the chef about products and ordering needs.
- we are searching for detail-oriented individuals with a passionate work ethic, strong kitchen experience and a solid grasp of health department rules and regulations.
- open availability and punctuality are a must
-the ideal candidate is friendly, curious, and devoted to becoming an integral member of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.
-this position has room for growth as a manager if applicant is interested
-come cook really good food in a serious but fun atmosphere.
