you’ll spend your day interacting with our awesome guests and team members! at the stand, we will cross-train you at every station so you have the opportunity to grow in your culinary career. responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-training of kitchen team members
-reviewing and evaluating all kitchen team members
-responsible for meal segment efficiency by leading by example
-responsible for all food purchasing and managing budget
-ensures consistency and portioning of all food
-ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen after closing
-ensures upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment

**must have at least 2 years experience in as assistant kitchen management position in a fast-paced restaurant
