Come join our team! we are actively hiring! we are in the people business and hiring caregivers (direct support professional/dsp) like you! we are currently seeking to hire responsible and caring people in order to help us continue fulfilling our mission. at this time, we are able to pay out quarterly bonuses to direct care staff on top of their hourly rate. this bonus about will be $2.50/hour for ddd services, and $4.00/hour for specific services under area agency on aging (working with elderly in phoenix area.) this makes total pay rate $16.50 - $18.00/hour

as a direct support professional in the hcbs department, you will be at the forefront of the company working in a rewarding and challenging environment for the people we support. you will be responsible for supporting people in need of assistance. you will provide care for those who choose to maintain a quality of life in their own homes and communities. successful candidates could manage several people depending on the caseload and will travel to the person’s residence to provide in-home services. these services are typically directed by a state plan to adequately assist and provide outstanding and personalized day-to-day care for each person.
